HARA AgriTech is seeking an inside sales specialist in Jakarta to convert live chat inquiries into paying customers, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets, while delivering Mandarin and English support.

The role requires 2–3 years in inside sales (SaaS/IT), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related fields. HSK Level 4-6 is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• HSK certificate Level 4–6 preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Mandarin.
• 2–3 years of inside sales experience (SaaS sales/IT product).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live chat environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Linguistics, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound chat inquiries and leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product value and benefits.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions to maximize sales revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial chat engagement to closing deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional, prompt customer support through live chat channels in both Chinese and English.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering professional, empathetic, and accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and product teams to report
• recurring technical issues or customer trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate professionally with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Holds an HSK certificate, preferably at Level 4-6 or an equivalent intermediate-to-advanced proficiency level.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Mandarin to support client acquisition, business discussions, and sales negotiations.
• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, SASS sales/IT Product Sales.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume live chat environment.
• Basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot and explain product issues clearly.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
