Job summary

HARA AgriTech is seeking an inside sales specialist in Jakarta to convert live chat inquiries into paying customers, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets, while delivering Mandarin and English support.

The role requires 2–3 years in inside sales (SaaS/IT), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related fields. HSK Level 4-6 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• HSK certificate Level 4–6 preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Mandarin.
• 2–3 years of inside sales experience (SaaS sales/IT product).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live chat environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Linguistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound chat inquiries and leads into paying customers.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during interactions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial chat engagement to closing deals and meeting targets.
• Provide exceptional live chat support in Chinese and English.
• Maintain high CSAT scores with professional, empathetic assistance.
• Collaborate with BD and product teams to report recurring issues or customer trends.
