Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. is seeking a result-driven Sales Manager to lead the Sales Department and drive revenue across landed houses, high-rise apartments, office spaces, and commercial lots.

Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying target segments, and collaborating with Marketing to boost brand exposure and market share in a competitive real estate market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales industries, with experience at manager level.
• Proven experience in the Property / Real Estate industry, especially in selling landed houses / high-rise (apartments) / office spaces and commercial lots.
• Strong ability in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Target-oriented with excellent communication skills and a broad professional network.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
