Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Property, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in property, real estate, or residential development is highly preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Strong understanding of property market trends and sales channels
• Strong network with property agents, brokers, corporate clients, and strategic partners
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
