PT MAZARI STAYS HOSPITALITY is seeking a Sales Manager for a luxury villa property. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue, while expanding relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, and luxury travel partners.

You will identify new markets, manage group bookings and events, and work with Revenue and Reservations to maximize villa performance. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of sales experience in hotels, resorts, villas, or luxury hospitality.
• 1–2 years in a Sales Manager or supervisory role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or upscale properties preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality sales, business development, and market segmentation.
• Established network with travel agents, DMCs, corporate accounts, tour operators or partners.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify new opportunities.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and source markets for the villa property.
• Maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and luxury partners.
• Develop relationships with luxury travel advisors, DMCs, and destination specialists.
• Generate opportunities for group bookings, weddings, events, and villa buyouts.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Reservations to maximize villa revenue and monitor performance.
• Supervise Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators where applicable.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide updates on opportunities and market conditions.
