Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Technical Sales Supervisor ~ Assistant Manager in the flexible packaging plastics sector. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing new customers, and maintaining strong relationships across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, and industrial sectors.

You will prepare quotations, support pricing and contracts, and provide technical recommendations on BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, Nylon, and Aluminum Foil.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in packaging/engineering/marketing or similar.
Business English proficiency for technical communication with foreigners.
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in plastic-based flexible packaging for food or personal care.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials and structures (BOPP, PET, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.
Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
Identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, industrial).
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and support pricing and contract negotiations.
Provide technical recommendations on flexible packaging materials and structures based on customer requirements.
Coordinate product development, trials, and machine runs with R&D, QA, and Production teams.
Troubleshoot packaging-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer engagement.
