Job summary

Flexible Packaging Company in Serang, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Extrusion Production Manager to oversee the entire extrusion process in the packaging division.

You will ensure machines run smoothly, apply quality standards, lead and train the production team, and coordinate maintenance and improvements to boost productivity and product quality. Strong English communication and a background in polymer materials are preferred; Bachelor's in Engineering required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire flexible packaging extrusion process.
• Ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Min. High Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate regarding technical issues).
• Min. 3 years as Assistant Manager of Production handling flexible packaging extrusion process, with around 5 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Experienced in doing troubleshooting, general maintenance, production problem solving, understanding of polymer materials & properties, and familiar with industry standards.
• Good communication skill, leadership skill, and team management skill.
