Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager Domestic for knitted fabrics (100% combed cotton) to drive end-to-end sales in the Indonesian market. You will coordinate with the Domestic Sales Head to set targets and expand the customer base across regions.

The role requires 7–10 years in fabric sales, a degree in Sales/Marketing, and strong English communication. You will mentor sales reps and liaise with distributors and production teams to optimize strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing of knitted fabrics in the Indonesian domestic market.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Sales/Marketing.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers in assigned regions.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and visit sites regularly.
• Plan, design, develop and implement sales activities based on customer needs.
• Ensure periodic sales/revenue targets are achieved.
• Prepare territory budgets and select distributors for the region.
• Analyze customer requirements to craft sales strategies.
• Retain existing clients while growing new ones.
• Ensure activities stay within budgets, volumes, and timelines.
• Oversee solutions to issues slowing down procedures.
• Review distributor performance and report to management.
• Conduct market research and study competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with Production and Manufacturing to improve products.

Job Purpose

• Administer end to end sales activities for Knitted Fabrics of 100% Combed Cotton Yarns in the Indonesian domestic market.
• Formulate domestic Knitted Fabric sales target in coordination with Domestic Sales Head and ensure achievement of all domestic sales target
• Generate opportunities for creating new customers and enhance the sales of the products in identified regions

Core Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from the assigned regions as well new regions
• Maintain relationship with company distributors (if any) for all assign territories and perform regular visits to all sites
• Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
• Ensure that periodic sales/revenue targets are achieved
• Prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assign region
• Analyse all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same
• Ensure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
• Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given timelines
• Oversee the development of constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the procedures and activities
• Review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
• Administer market research and surveys to study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies
• Liaise with Production and Manufacturing team and provide suggestions to improve the product based on the feedback received from the customers
• Prepare contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with state regulations
• Mentor the sales representatives and create awareness about the products in the target regions by conducting advertising and marketing campaigns

Requirement :

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing of Knitted Fabrics(Predominately 100% Cotton) in theIndonesian Domestic market.
• Bachelors Degree /Masters Degree in Sales/Marketing
• Good communication in English
