PT HUA YII INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing and business development in the manufacturing sector. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth while building long-term customer partnerships across ASEAN.

In this leadership role, you will manage a marketing team, work with production, engineering and finance, negotiate deals, oversee pricing, and deliver forecasts and market analysis to senior management.

Formación

• 10+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or business development in manufacturing.
• Experience in nonwoven manufacturing preferred.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning ability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement B2B marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential industry developments.
• Lead customer negotiations, pricing strategies, and business proposals.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Finance and Operations to address customer requirements.
• Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and new project development.
• Monitor sales performance, customer profitability, and business development progress.
• Lead, develop and evaluate the Marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for management.

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER (B2B MANUFACTURING)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing and business development activities in the manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying market potential, and driving sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement B2B marketing and sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Identify, approach, and acquire new customers, particularly in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential industry developments.

Lead customer negotiations, commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and business proposals.

Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.

Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and new project development.

Monitor sales performance, customer profitability, and business development progress.

Lead, develop, and evaluate the Marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

Master/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with experience in nonwoven manufacturing being highly preferred

At least 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.

Strong experience in customer acquisition, key account management, and business development.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes, commercial negotiations, costing, and pricing.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new customer accounts.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proactive, strategic-minded, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
