Job summary

Cutting Tools Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function in Indonesia. You will develop strategies, plan exhibitions, and coach the sales team to meet targets while expanding the customer base across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

The role requires strong English communication, a mechanical engineering background, and at least 5 years of sales leadership experience in tools or related industries. Travel for customer visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cutting tools, machine tools, tooling, or industrial products.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Able to drive a car for customer visits and business trips.
