Job summary

Ad Astra Consultants in Indonesia is seeking a senior sales professional to drive and achieve sales targets in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. You will develop new distributors and customers across Automotive, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Metal Fabrication, and related industries, and provide technical support and product training.

The role requires hands-on demonstrations, strong English and Indonesian communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor technical/engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 7–15 years in industrial manufacturing.
• Possess driving license and own a car.
• Hands-on for technical demonstrations and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Committed and responsible for driving and achieving sales target in the Industrial Manufacturing business area
• Develop new sales distributors & customers in Indonesia (Automotive Manufacturing, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Metal Fabrication and Toolmaking, Tier parts manufacturing, wood & furniture manufacturing)
• Technical support & products training to distributors & customers
• Support & assist current distributors with sales development and products update
• Onsite field support to customers application and after sales activities
• Field test and evaluation of new Mirka products range
• Support Exhibition, Seminar & Roadshow & other marketing activities

Job description
