Job summary

PT Hyundai Capital Finance Indonesia, based in Bekasi, seeks an experienced sales leader to build and sustain strong relationships with dealer salespersons and management while delivering excellent service to customers.

You will lead the CMO team, coach staff to hit targets, coordinate events such as GIIAS, and manage contracts and proposals, with regular reporting and travel scheduling.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Motivated to work based on targets and business needs.
• Strong understanding of sales operations in financing or automotive industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer salespersons and dealer management.
• Provide excellent service to customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to contracts, proposals, and all sales-related files.
