PT Hyundai Capital Finance Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales organization, building strong relationships with dealers and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. You will oversee contracts, proposals, and sales-related documentation, along with regular sales reporting and monitoring of the CMO team's performance.

The role includes coaching staff to hit targets and participating in dealer events, exhibitions, and travel

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales operations in the financing or automotive industry.
