Job summary

PT. MAX AUTO INDONESIA is seeking a driven sales leader to drive revenue in a rental and automotive environment. You will coach and guide the sales team, create strategic programs, and ensure high performance across rentals and related services.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record, and English language proficiency. You will operate in Semarang, coordinating with dealerships and financing partners to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, Automotive, Rental, or Business Development.
• Proven track record leading and motivating sales teams to hit targets.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, programs and growth opportunities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Experience in automotive industry or startup environments is a plus.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.

Job description

Lead, manage and motivate team to maximize sales revenue stream in a rental and automotive environment.

Responsibilities

Team Management

• Make A Training for sales team
• Make A Sales Program and Sales Startegic
• Motivate every sales team member for achieve the target
• Supervise and train the rental team, manage schedules, and ensure performance goals are met.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure efficient processing of rentals, returns, and stock management.

Customer Service

• Help sales team to handle customer complain
• Address driver concerns and ensure a positive rental experience.
• Promote rental services, identify growth opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Compliance & Reporting

• Achieve the company sales target
• Ensure adherence to policies and prepare operational reports (sales record, rental record, survey and collection)
• Monitor the leads potensial buyer from sales
• Make Sure all the sales person do input sales open leads in daily bases

Others

• Building Dealership network across different regions. Identify and facilitate Dealers in growth.
• Identify and collaborate with financial institutions for vehicle financing

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, Automotive, Rental, or Business Development
• Proven track record in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
• Strong ability to develop sales strategies, programs, and business growth opportunities
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and start up company is a plus
• English is a must
• Able to operate computer including excel, word, powerpoint, and google sheet
