Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations, attend trainings and meetings, and maintain activity tools.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches and promote sales to meet targets.
• Provide training to bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle distribution and collection of documents and support after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrective actions.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with regulator rules and company/regional/global regulations.
• Follow company business processes and ethics.
