Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches and promote sales to meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose improvements promptly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Follow regulator rules and company/global regulations.
• Adhere to business processes established by company/department.
• Act with integrity and avoid false financial notes.
• Maintain keen risk control and compliance mindset.
