Job summary

Develab is seeking a motivated sales executive to join our team. You will develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand needs, and ensure a smooth sales process for our SaaS PMS product.

You will generate leads, advance the sales cycle, and close new business, including occasional visits to clients. Strong Indonesian and English communication, CRM proficiency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Prefer B2B inside sales experience in SaaS, familiarity with PMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills; strong verbal and written English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and advance the sales process to close new business.
• Communicate with customers, understand needs, and demonstrate features.
• Occasionally visit customers for meetings.
• Maintain and update the customer database and product knowledge.
• Upsell products and services as appropriate.
• Support the sales team to meet targets.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to meet targets.

Our product: SaaS product (PMS - Property Management System)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Occasionally physical visits/meetings with customers
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Any other activity or task as required by the Company.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
• B2B inside sales experience typically in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies and familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive, highly energetic
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken both Indonesian and English.

Office location in Delrey Biztown (BSD City - Tangerang), open for Bali area as well.
