Job summary

You will manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills in B2B or packaging industries.
• CRM and client relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presenting to clients.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic packaging types and printing processes.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple client accounts on deadlines.
• Proficient with standard office software for reporting and sales tracking.
• Experience in sales/account management is preferred; West Java market familiarity is a plus.
• High school diploma required; degree in Business/Marketing is advantageous.

Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Java, Indonesia. The Sales Executive will identify and approach prospective cosmetic brands and manufacturers, present suitable packaging solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up on leads and inquiries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on custom orders and printing services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales reports and targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B or packaging, cosmetic, or related industries.
• Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in verbal and written forms; ability to explain technical or product details clearly.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic packaging types and printing processes, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency in common office software and tools for reporting, documentation, and sales tracking.
• Previous experience in a sales or account management role is preferred; familiarity with the West Java market is an advantage.
