Job summary

PT Lisaboy Gaya Cantika is a cosmetic packaging provider delivering bottles, jars, and printing services for beauty brands. We are seeking a Sales Executive to identify cosmetic brands, present packaging solutions, and build lasting customer relationships from our West Java base.

You will manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills in B2B or packaging industries.
• CRM and client relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presenting to clients.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic packaging types and printing processes.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple client accounts on deadlines.
• Proficient with standard office software for reporting and sales tracking.
• Experience in sales/account management is preferred; West Java market familiarity is a plus.
• High school diploma required; degree in Business/Marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective cosmetic brands and manufacturers.
• Present packaging solutions and build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage sales pipeline, quotations, pricing, and terms negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on custom orders and printing services.
