PT Hyper Mega Shipping in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities for freight forwarding and logistics services. You will build strong client relationships and present tailored shipping solutions.

Join a dynamic team, meet quarterly targets, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Diploma required with 1–2 years in the freight/logistics sector.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at various levels.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities through various communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth.
• Present our shipping solutions and logistics services to prospects in an engaging manner tailored to their business needs.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth.

Present our shipping solutions and logistics services to prospects in an engaging manner tailored to their business needs.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Qualification :

Minimum Diploma in any field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics

Knowledge of the import/export forwarding business and a willingness to quickly learn about our services

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at various levels.
