Job summary

PT Berkah Permata Logistik is seeking a Sales Executive in Jakarta to develop new business in freight forwarding and customs clearance for import/export. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining and expanding client relationships and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth shipments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet GP targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Strong understanding of export-import processes and customs clearance.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance operations.
• Existing client network is a plus.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding and customs clearance services (import/export).
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Aim to achieve monthly gross profit targets.

Role Overview:

• Achieve monthly Gross Profit (GP) targets*
