Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Makassar invites a Sales Supervisor to optimize regional sales force efficiency and support achievement of targets. You will collaborate with area teams to implement routes, monitor SOPs, and drive monthly productivity gains.

The role includes coaching the sales force and planning training programs for performance improvement. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in a sales supervisory role within beverage or FMCG, based in Makassar, Sulawesi

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor in beverage or FMCG.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
