Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Batam to lead the sales team toward KPI targets, drive revenue, and ensure service levels. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory sales role, with a preference for candidates from the Food Service industry and bakery passion.

You will maintain customer data accuracy, build strong customer relationships, and monitor service performance while working on-site in Batam.
