Job summary

Golden Agri Resources, a leading global seed-to-shelf agribusiness, seeks a Sales Supervisor to drive performance in the Bali region. You will oversee the sales team, ensure target achievement, and nurture proximity relationships with customers to sustain revenue and service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in sales supervision, preferably in beverages, and a strong Bali network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Sales Supervisor.
• Preferably from Beverage sector with strong communication skills.
• Good network within Bali business community.
• Placement in Tasikmalaya.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly sales targets and KPI attainment.
• Maintain accuracy of customer master data and active outlets.
• Lead the sales team to ensure selling steps and processes are followed.
• Build proactive relationships with customers and monitor service levels.
• Track KPI behavior, revenue, and collections while ensuring service level targets.
