Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team in Batam, Indonesia, driving KPI achievement across behavior, revenue, collection and service levels. You will ensure monthly target attainment and maintain accurate customer data and active outlets while guiding the Field Sales team through selling steps.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a Sales Supervisor role, preferably from the Food Service industry, with strong communication skills and a robust KEPRI

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve KPI targets for behavior, revenue, collection, and service levels.

• Oversee selling steps by Field Sales Representatives and maintain close relationships with customers.
• Monitor service levels (GT and LMT) and drive proximity with customers.
