Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or related field.
• Strong skills in sales administration, data management, reporting, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing sales data.
• Able to monitor sales performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Excellent coordination and communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and capable of independently following up on pending tasks.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, F&B, or event management is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities including booking management and client communication.
• Prepare regular sales reports, maintain sales databases and trackers, monitor revenue performance.
• Maintain pricing records and assist in tracking costs and profitability.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Chef, and Operations to ensure smooth orders, bookings, and events.
• Monitor event-related expenses and cost controls for sales.
• Maintain organized sales documentation and records.
• Assist in developing and improving sales procedures and workflows.
• Follow up on pending tasks and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion.
