Job summary

Grand Hyatt Bali invites you to join a Sales Internship where you will explore how our Sales team connects with clients, supports event inquiries, and reflects the warmth and excellence of our hospitality.

You will learn to assist with client correspondence, proposal and contract preparation, database management, and the coordination of site inspections and meetings, guided by a Learning & Development Manager, a Sales Manager or Executive, and your buddy on the Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recent graduate in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related major.
• Excellent English skills; other languages a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident in communicating with guests and clients.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Interested in sales operations, client service and business development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Manage databases and support event inquiries.
• Coordinate site inspections and meetings.
• Support the Sales team in driving hotel performance and partnerships.
