The role requires experience in hospitality sales or a related field, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Guest Services, Front Desk, or related professional.
• OR a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales efforts for local catering and social events for the hotel.
• Collaborate with Sales Office and Area Sales channels to coordinate efforts.
• Respond to inbound catering opportunities and qualify new business.
• Close opportunities to meet personal and hotel revenue goals.
• Negotiate contracts and design creative catered events.
• Upsell packages and food & beverage to maximize revenue.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and customer communications.
• Monitor guest issues to ensure service recovery and loyalty.
