Job summary

AYANA Hospitality Group in Bali seeks a Sales Manager Assistant to support the Senior Sales Manager. This role requires expertise in sales strategies, managing inquiries, and pursuing opportunities in China.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, be fluent in Mandarin (HSK 3 minimum) and have excellent English communication skills. Collaboration on promotions and digital content management are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, with accurate and timely completion of assignments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3).
• Eloquent in English communication (written and spoken).

• Support Senior Sales Manager with operational and administrative tasks.
• Implement sales strategies and manage inquiries for FIT and Group.
• Identify and pursue Sales opportunities in China.
• Facilitate social media engagement and content creation on digital channels.

Summary of Responsibilities

Administration

• Support and assist Senior Sales Manager for operational and administrative tasks

Offline Sales

• Implement sales strategies
• Reply inquiries with timely manner (include FIT and Group)
• Proactively identify and pursue Sales opportunities in China markets
• Establish a strong presence and achieve significant market share
• Maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies and segments

Digital Sales

• Facilitates social media engagement and creating content in China digital channels (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.)
• Executes promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels
• Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive and negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly
• Managing the MCN agencies we utilize and collaborating media partners
• Collaborating with the senior sales manager to develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual promotion budgets, formats, and objectives, being accountable for ROI

Qualifications
