Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager - Social Event & Wedding is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar. This role is responsible for generating and managing sales for social events and wedding functions, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting site inspections, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, event planners, and partners. The Assistant Sales Manager will coordinate closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution, monitor market trends, and contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities. Daily tasks include managing event pipelines, updating sales reports, negotiating packages within established guidelines, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in event and wedding planning or coordination, ideally in hospitality or hotel environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Preferably Bali based
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple events and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, email) and familiarity with hotel sales or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, banqueting, or catering is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on event schedules.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
