PT MITRA TEKNINDO SEJATI in Pontianak is seeking a Sales Engineer (Fresh Graduated) to drive new business in Heavy Equipment. You will generate leads, build customer relationships, and follow up on inquiries via multiple channels from the Pontianak base.

The role targets fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience, with a strong sales mindset, and requires valid driving licenses (SIM A and SIM C). You should be willing to visit customers and travel for business as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; max. 1 year of experience.
• Maximum 25 years old.
• Valid SIM A and SIM C required.
• Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips.
• Placement: Pontianak

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in Heavy Equipment & DT.
• Generate leads through databases, field visits and channels.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines and activity reports.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
