PT MITRA TEKNINDO SEJATI in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Engineer (Fresh Graduated) to develop new business in Heavy Equipment & DT, generate leads, and build customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is under 25, holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, and is proactive with a strong sales mindset. Must be willing to travel for customer visits and have Excel proficiency for reporting and quotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Fresh graduates welcome; max 1 year of experience
• Maximum 25 years old
• Able to identify prospects and generate leads via digital channels
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips
• Valid SIM A and SIM C required

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in Heavy Equipment & DT
• Generate leads through various channels, databases, and field visits
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and activity reports
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
