Job summary

Hefei Meyer Optelelectronic Technology INC is seeking a field-based sales/business development professional to expand the market in Medan or Palembang. You will visit new customers in the food processing industry, track market data, and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.

You will explain product materials and core equipment advantages, prepare customer visit reports, and travel frequently within Indonesia while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to present product materials and conduct professional technical demonstrations.
• Capable of planning customer visits and managing time effectively.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia and interact with customers frequently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Visit new customers in the food processing industry and develop the market.
• Track color sorter market data, competitor dynamics, and industry trends within the food processing plant customer segment.
• Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to prepare product demonstrations and formulate sales expansion plans.
• Explain product materials, professional technical knowledge, and core equipment advantages to the sales team and customers.
• Prepare sales reports and summaries of customer visits.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
