Job summary

Hefei Meyer Optelelectronic Technology INC is seeking a field-based sales/business development professional to expand the market in Medan or Palembang. You will visit new customers in the food processing industry, track market data, and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.

You will explain product materials and core equipment advantages, prepare customer visit reports, and travel frequently within Indonesia while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to present product materials and conduct professional technical demonstrations.
• Capable of planning customer visits and managing time effectively.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia and interact with customers frequently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Requirements

1. Work area: Medan or Palembang

2. Indonesian nationality, university degree, no major restriction, aged 25–35;

3. More than 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing;

4. Capable of product presentation, business negotiation, and customer relationship maintenance;

5. Able to work independently, plan customer visits autonomously, and possess excellent time management skills;

6. Willing to travel within Indonesia, proactive, and able to interact with customers frequently;

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic sales tools;

8. Able to drive, with a valid driver’s license;

9. Basic English communication skills; Chinese speakers preferred.
