Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum of +8 years’ experience in sales enablement or revenue-oriented roles.
• Experience in field training with commercial teams; strong project management and sales funnel concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and B2B sales enablement strategies to provide up-to-date product information and competitive intelligence.
• Provide sales training and coaching to improve productivity and effectiveness across the sales funnel.
• Measure and report key metrics such as productivity and clerk satisfaction to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align training materials and messaging with brand goals.
• Partner with Product to understand features and communicate innovations to the sales team.
• Apply AB testing methodologies and report enablement effectiveness to senior management.
