Job summary

PayJoy, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Jakarta to drive growth across the POS network and key retail partners. You will lead a sales team, build strong partner relationships, and use data to shape regional strategy and execution.

You will report to the Head of Commercial, leveraging PayJoy product expertise to accelerate local growth and ensure high-performing operations with clear SLAs.

Qualifications

• Aligned with PayJoy’s principles and cultures.
• 4–5 years track record closing, nurturing, and growing smartphone retailers and mobile network operators in financing.
• Experience leading a sales team and reporting to the executive team with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication in English and Indonesian.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Zoho & Zendesk, Slack, data analytics, and Jira/Hex.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Interested in growing your career as a sales professional and manager.
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented with experience working with robust SLAs.
• Technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans, forecasts, and goals to achieve revenue growth and market penetration.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with commercial partners to drive growth in distribution networks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Executives.
• Support the Sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
• Generate sales reports and track KPIs to meet company goals.
