PayJoy is expanding its Indonesian footprint by driving strategic growth and commercial initiatives. You will partner with local OEMs and manage cross-functional teams to deliver measurable sales and expansion outcomes across Jakarta and beyond.

The role blends strategy and hands-on monitoring, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance. A strong track record in leading sales teams and building client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of experience growing and retaining business while leading a team to exceed revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience building data and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Proven experience working with major smartphone OEMs or retailers in Indonesia is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading a high-performance sales team and driving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and monitor expansion plans and commercial prospects to optimize outcomes across project workstreams.
• Establish core KPIs by translating industry trends into commercial results.
• Lead full-lifecycle flagship projects with coordination, data review, and leadership reporting.
• Manage internal and external partnerships to achieve mission-critical goals on schedule.
• Present performance updates to regional and global stakeholders.
