Job summary

Kinsure is seeking a Training Specialist to drive Kinfluencers' development by designing learning, coaching, and capability-building initiatives. You will work closely with the Agency team to ensure Kinfluencers have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include onboarding design, material development, coaching sessions, and measuring training effectiveness to close capability gaps in a fast-paced insurtech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years in sales training, enablement, or learning & development.
• Experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding, product, sales, and refresher programs for Kinfluencers.
• Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, assessments, and learning resources.
• Conduct coaching sessions and provide ongoing support to improve sales capability.
• Monitor training effectiveness, learner progress, and sales performance to identify gaps.
• Partner with Agency team to design development plans supporting Kinfluencer growth.
• Ensure Kinfluencers stay updated on product knowledge and sales practices.
