Job summary

Bukuwarung is seeking a Trainer to own the end-to-end learning journey for our sales team—from Day 1 onboarding to ongoing skill development. You will be embedded with the sales organization, observing how sales actually perform and sharpening what and how we train.

You will deliver onboarding and ongoing training covering soft skills, product knowledge, and internal tools, while tailoring delivery to different levels of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience handling end-to-end training sessions.
• Direct experience training sales, commercial, or frontline teams strongly preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage different types of learners and adapt delivery in real time.
• Comfortable with fast-paced startup pace and ambiguity.
• Technology-driven - quick to adopt new tools.
• Bonus: exposure to onboarding, sales training and coaching, or performance consulting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams, covering soft skills, product knowledge, and internal tools, while adapting delivery to different levels of experience and learning readiness.
• Develop and continuously improve training modules and learning materials to support effective learning delivery and address business and learner needs.
• Monitor sales performance and productivity trends to identify capability gaps and develop initiatives to improve sales productivity through learning programs.
• Build strong working relationships with sales leaders across centers and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business needs.
• Analyze learning data (completion rates, assessment scores, and post-training performance) and translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve training content and effectiveness.
