Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Education, HR, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in Learning & Development; bancassurance/partnership channel experience required.
• Skills: Training design framework, delivery, and facilitation.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Data analysis and performance tracking.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership coaching fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Sales Capability Development: design and deliver learning programs with learning journeys and tracking.
• Leadership Enablement: coaching and performance management for sales leaders.
• Product & Business Readiness: deploy learning for launches and strategic initiatives.
• Compliance & Regulatory Training: manage mandatory programs with Compliance and Risk teams.
• Partnership Enablement: training for bank staff and bancassurance initiatives.
