Job summary

PT SWADAYA TEKNOLOGI BERKAH is seeking a Training Instructor to design and deliver engaging programs for sales teams, agents, and partners. You will conduct classroom sessions, seminars, workshops, and product knowledge trainings, while developing materials and practical activities to boost performance.

The role requires 2-3 years of training experience, with a preference for backgrounds in Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Training Instructor or similar role.
• Experience in Insurance, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or MLM is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales teams and partners.
• Conduct classroom training, seminars, and workshops; develop materials and modules.
• Coach and mentor participants to improve sales performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Travel to different locations to conduct trainings when required.
