Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate for Group Service in Jakarta. You will review and record customer payments, reconcile collections, and collaborate with Sales/Operations to resolve billing issues. You’ll assist with AR and month-end close, and support treasury activities and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years' related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Associate - Group Service

Your Day-to-Day

Review, verify, and record customer payments accurately in the accounting system across multiple brands and centers.

Monitor daily customer collections by reconciling incoming payments with bank statements and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Center teams to investigate and resolve payment, billing, and revenue issues.

Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Assist with treasury operations, including loan documentation, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and maintaining banking records.

Prepare and maintain periodic reports on accounts receivable, cash flow, loan status, and ensure organized documentation for audits and compliance.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
