PT Viable Strategies Asia is seeking a Studio Sales & Client Experience Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to drive revenue growth and deliver top-tier service at our Jakarta studio. You will hunt for new leads, respond to inquiries, and personally assist clients from arrival to departure.

The role emphasizes Mandarin communication, high EQ, and a client-centric approach, with flexible hours including weekends to align with shooting schedules and client needs.

Qualifications

• Conversational proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to assist our diverse clientele.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• High emotional intelligence; read clients well, build rapport, and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
• A hard worker with a genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop both personally and professionally.
• Able to work flexible and long hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on the studio's shooting schedule and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out and attract new customers to the studio, generating fresh inquiries and expanding our client base (including via online/telemarketing)
• Respond promptly to online inquiries (via social media, WhatsApp, or email), consult with potential clients, and successfully close deals.
• Personally welcome, assist, and handle your clients while they are in the studio. Act as their go-to person to ensure their needs are met during their visit.
• Ensure every client leaves the studio absolutely happy. Follow up post-session, manage feedback, and build long-term relationships for future bookings and referrals.

We provide a seamless, high-end experience for every client. We are currently looking for a driven and customer-focused Studio Sales & Client Experience Executive to join our team and help grow our client base while delivering top-tier service.

About the Role

As a Studio Sales & Client Experience Executive, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and client satisfaction. You are not just closing deals; you are acting as a trusted consultant to our clients. You will handle everything from hunting for new leads and closing online inquiries to personally servicing clients when they arrive at the studio for their sessions.

Key Responsibilities
