Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry is required.
• Background in luxury service is highly preferred.
• Conversational proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to read client needs and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception & Hospitality: Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the studio flow to ensure a premium experience.
• Booking & Schedule Management: Coordinate bookings across online and offline channels and keep the studio calendar accurate and conflict-free.
• General Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain front-of-house and back-office operations.
• Reporting & Data Presentation: Compile data reports on guest metrics, customer demographics, and booking performance for leadership.
