Job summary

PT Quadra Dinamika Internasional, based in Meruya, West Jakarta, is seeking a Sales Administration professional to manage documentation, COF processing, and MoU administration. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year in sales admin, and strong Excel skills, with Odoo experience preferred.

You will liaise with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Management teams and base your work in Meruya. The position offers full-time employment with benefits; salary and benefits are contingent on

Support Odoo sales administration and issue coordination.

Verify sales fees, rewards, and payment documents.

Manage sales name card requests and partner MoU administration.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Management teams.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales administration or a similar role.

Experience in operating Odoo is highly preferable.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to manage documents systematically.

Willingness to be based in Meruya, West Jakarta.
