Job summary

PT Quadra Dinamika Internasional is seeking a driven Sales Manager in Bandung to develop key accounts and close major projects. You will manage full sales cycles from lead generation to proposal delivery, targeting luxury and commercial segments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of B2B sales with a strong network in architects, developers, and contractors, and a background in business or design. A performance-based compensation package is offered, with company car and transport allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication or related field; architecture/design background is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management with a track record in architects, developers, and contractors.
• Strong B2B network including architects, developers, contractors and commercial entities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and potential clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including follow-ups and negotiations.
• Target and manage projects in hotels, housing, apartments, and commercial sectors.
• Expand sales channels for major projects and canvass actively.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Organize events and networking activities with customers and partners.
• Provide regular reports and project pipeline updates to Supervisors.

Job Description :

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication or a related field. A background in Architecture or Interior Design is a significant advantage.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in the architects, developers, contractor.

A strong B2B customer database, including contacts in architects, developers, contractor, commercial entities, office buildings, is a significant advantage.

Willing to be placed in Bandung
