BRERA Indonesia is looking for a showroom Sales professional to welcome clients visiting our premium showroom, present luxury kitchen and furniture collections, and close sales with a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
You will handle quotations, orders and coordination with logistics while delivering exceptional service. On-site work at our showroom in Indonesia Design District, PIK 2; English communication is essential.

Minimum High School Graduate.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Sales in (preferably in a premium showroom/gallery settings).
Background in luxury Kitchen design, Furniture, Interior Design, Sales Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields is an advantage.
Have a strong solution oriented mindset and good communication skill, with proficiency in english.
Proactive person, eager to learn when taking on challenges and meeting new prospective clients.
Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Neatly groomed and good-looking.
Great salesmanship and relationship with customer.
Available to work onsite at our Showroom in Indonesia Design District, PIK 2.
Assist and serve customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
Learn product information and support customers in selecting suitable products.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
Input and maintain sales orders, product data, and customer information in the system.
Follow up and monitor on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and delivery status.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and visual merchandising teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Update product availability, stock status, and pricing information to customers/designers.
Maintain organized sales documents including invoices, delivery orders, and receipts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
Support in maintaining product presentation and overall showroom readiness to serve clients.
Showroom Assistance : Serve customers visiting the Showroom.
Sales Enablement : Process orders, track shipments, and provide real-time updates.
Google Sheets capabilities : Basic proficiency is required for listing customers data.
Product Knowledge : Become an expert on custom kitchen and furniture products.
Lead Management: Qualify incoming inquiries and maintain our customer database.
Marketing Support: Coordinate the distribution of physical samples and digital marketing assets to clients.
