Job summary

PT Quadra Dinamika Internasional, based in Meruya, West Jakarta, is seeking a Sales Administration professional to manage documentation, COF processing, and MoU administration. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year in sales admin, and strong Excel skills, with Odoo experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
• Experience in operating Odoo is highly preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales administration and documentation.
• Process COF, credit exception, and professional fee requests.
• Support Odoo sales administration and issue coordination.
• Verify sales fees, rewards, and payment documents.
• Manage sales name card requests and partner MoU administration.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Management teams.
