Job summary

PT. KIS GREEN TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS is seeking an EHS Specialist to strengthen our environmental, health, and safety programs across Indonesia. You will report findings, plan meetings, and help implement CSMS/EHS plans while ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in public health or environmental engineering, at least 1 year of EHS experience, fluent English, and AK3U certification, willing to be placed nationwide and start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• S1/Bachelor of Public Health or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of EHS.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia Environmental Regulations and Health & Safety (K3) Regulations.
• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations, Health & Safety/K3 Regulations, HIRADC, and EHS Basics.
• Fluent English (Written and Oral).
• AK3U Certification.
• Willing to be placed in all Indonesia.
• Willing to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Report, evaluate, and socialize existing EHS findings.
• Plan and conduct meetings on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), work plans and EHS programs.
• Collaborate with relevant departments in creating a CSMS/EHS Plan.
• Identify inspections of work equipment and propose measures to optimize work equipment and employee EHS.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations.
• Coordinate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure all EHS policies are implemented properly.
