Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced EHS professional to manage compliance and monitoring across facilities. The role involves ensuring adherence to national regulations and client standards while conducting inspections and risk assessments.

You will develop EHS training, support audits, and contribute to incident investigations. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, with 2–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or chemical settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in EHS, preferably from the chemical/manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of OHS regulations (Law No. 1 of 1970, SMK3, etc.) and environmental regulations.
• Experience in the implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Proficient in risk analysis (HIRADC/JSA).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office for data analysis and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with national EHS regulations as well as the Client's global standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and operational activities.
• Identify potential risks and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
• Investigate work accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents.
• Prepare investigation reports and improvement recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver OHS training for employees and contractors.
• Enhance safety culture awareness through internal campaigns and programs.
• Prepare periodic EHS reports (internal and external).
• Ensure all EHS-related documents and permits are properly managed.
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Serve as part of the Emergency Response Team.
• Develop and conduct emergency response procedure simulations.

Minimum D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
